About Nocturnal
Downright Entertainment turns ten by building its own festival from scratch, forty-five minutes south of St. Louis in a wooded art park with tree cover, water to cool off in, and open sky over the stages. STS9 and The Disco Biscuits play two sets each, G Jones and Emancipator and Daily Bread anchor the Astral Stage, and Skream, TroyBoi and Hamdi hold the Nocturnal Stage until sunrise. Ivy Lab plays a farewell set at the Thursday launch party, and Halogenix makes one of only two US stops. First-year festivals are a gamble, but this one is being run by people who already know the room.
