Ten years of DUSK, and it still happens where it started — Jácome Plaza, a public square in the middle of downtown Tucson, three stages wedged between the library and the street. The anniversary bill leans wide rather than deep: BigXthaPlug and Fetty Wap on the rap side, Knock2 carrying the dance end, Phantogram and Sudan Archives and horsegiirL pulling in three different directions entirely. Underneath sits the thing DUSK has always done best — twenty-seven Tucson and Arizona acts on the same stages as the headliners. All ages, doors at 2:30, two days.
