The first four-day Creamfields, and a bill that stretched to match: Calvin Harris and Jack Ü on the mainstage, Four Tet and Erol Alkan in the tents, Adam Beyer and Alan Fitzpatrick on techno, and Kurupt FM somewhere in between. Four days at Daresbury is now simply what Creamfields is — this is the year that became true.
