Boos and Booze Halloween Fest

The Central Valley's own Halloween festival, moved from Visalia down to the amphitheater in Tulare for its third year. Haunted walkthroughs, scare actors, fire breathers and a hypnotist fill the grounds, and a stage of DJs runs from two in the afternoon until ten, with Insomniac Radio's Matt Faulk handling the tech house. Costumes are expected. 18+.
