b2s is the Dutch hard dance promoter behind Decibel Outdoor, the three-day festival at Beekse Bergen that bills itself as the Loudest City on Earth. Founded in Rotterdam, b2s spent the early 2000s building the harder end of Dutch dance culture through Hardbass, Ground Zero and Pandemonium, and still programs across raw hardstyle, hardcore, uptempo and hard techno.
