C3 Presents is an Austin, Texas–based festival producer founded in 2007 by Charles Attal, Charlie Jones and Charlie Walker. It produces Lollapalooza in Chicago’s Grant Park and Austin City Limits Music Festival. Live Nation acquired a majority stake in 2014.
