Making Time

Making Time is the long-running Philadelphia party turned festival, built around a booking taste that treats techno, house, ambient, noise and outsider pop as one continuous room. Since 2023 it has taken over Fort Mifflin, an 18th-century river fort at the edge of the airport, and filled the earthworks with sound systems and left-field live sets. The bill reads like a record collection rather than a chart.
