Tomorrowland 2017

Amicorum Spectaculum — the travelling-circus year, with a mainstage built as a vast mechanical carnival and the widest bill the festival has ever booked. Close to 800 acts across fifteen-plus stages and two weekends, which is why this edition reads less like a lineup than a census of dance music in 2017: Carl Cox and Ricardo Villalobos in one field, Marshmello and Martin Garrix in another, a full hardstyle contingent, and Belgium's own underground threaded through all of it.
